The new must-have colour for A/W 2022/3, our New York City Bag, is a head-turner.
The bag sits comfortably across your body and just above your hip, keeping all your belongings safe and close to hand when in busy areas.
Each bag is lovingly made on the outskirts of Florence in soft Italian leather; they have an inner pocket, a Donna May London tag, silver metalwork and our iconic red lip attached to your zip. Our Fancy Strap comes as standard on this bag.
City bag: 28.5cm x 17.5cm when laid flat
The bag strap is 110cm long when fully extended and can be cut to your perfect size with our bespoke clip.
1. Delivery Information UK
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels and you can choose from the following options:
TRACKED 24: This is same day dispatch with delivery within 1-2 working days.
TRACKED 48: This is same day dispatch with delivery within 2-3 working days.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY: this is offered for all purchases over £100.
A tracking code for all parcels is emailed at dispatch.
2. Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns if we are notified within 14 days of delivery and the item is returned unused and in its original packaging.
We must receive the returned item within 14 days of your original email with a copy of our returns note included.
Return information is sent with your package, but if this is lost please click HERE to download our returns note
Once we have received your returned item and checked that there are no signs of use (no makeup stains or damage), we will initiate a refund to you.
Your refund will be processed through the original payment source used and will show in your account in 5-7 days.
You are responsible for paying postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
If your item is being returned due to a fault, your return delivery cost will be reimbursed.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items that get lost in the post on their way to us.
If you receive an item that you deem to be faulty, please forward a picture of the faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days.
If we agree that the product is indeed faulty, we will refund you or be happy to exchange your order. Outside of the 14 day deadline, we will offer an exchange only.
3. If ordering from outside the UK
*IMPORTANT NOTE PLEASE READ IF ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE UK:
If you live outside of the UK your parcel is classed as an import. Products imported into your country will be reviewed at customs upon entering your country and can be subject to duties and taxes.
Please keep in mind that each country has different tax rates, so the duties and taxes may vary by country. The final cost of duties and taxes will be determined by customs upon import. We deduct our own standard VAT charged at 20% at source to compensate for your own taxes to be paid.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.
Long delays can also be caused by custom checks or by international postal services, so our delivery times can only be used as a general guide.
