How to Place an order with Donna May London
Minimum Order Value
First time customers of Donna May London incur a minimum order value of £250. This is on a pro-forma basis and items will be dispatched as soon as payment is made through our online payment facility. Should you prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, this can be arranged.
All prices are listed in UK pounds and prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders over £350 within the UK, not internationally, will be free of charge. Under this amount will be charged at a standard rate of £15. We use a courier service for all shipping and tracking information will be given.
International Shipments will be calculated on a order by order basis.
In the first instance, all return requests must be emailed through to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt quoting order number and reasons. No returns are accepted without Donna May London's prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
Should you change your mind once received, a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping will be charged.
Donna May London accepts all major credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. Stock orders will be dispatched within 3 working days - larger orders may require more time and we will inform you of any time delays at point of order.
Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. Back Orders under £350 will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in the shipping section above. Back orders over £350 no shipping charges will apply.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Donna May London by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments with photographic proof of any damage. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held more than 15 days after receipt.
