Can I send a gift directly to a loved one?

Absolutely! Simply enter your loved one’s address as the shipping address at checkout. 

Our delivery notes never include prices, and you can leave a gift message in the notes section at checkout - we’ll print it on the delivery note so they know who their gift is from.

We don’t offer a separate gift-wrapping service over Christmas, but our parcels are wrapped in our signature red lip tissue paper and always packed with care.

When should I order for Christmas?

We always recommend ordering early to give your gifts plenty of time to arrive.

Royal Mail’s last recommended UK posting dates for Christmas 2026 are:

Tracked 48 — our standard UK service: 2pm Friday 18th December

Tracked 24 — our faster UK option:  2pm Monday 21 December

Please allow time for us to prepare and dispatch your parcel. Christmas delivery isn’t guaranteed, and dates may change. Royal Mail Christmas dates

For Ireland, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other international destinations, please order as early as possible. 

Royal Mail has not published country-specific Christmas deadlines for 2026 and advises posting early. 

Our usual international delivery estimate is 12–16 business days, with additional time advisable during the festive period. 

Delivery information

Can she exchange her gift?

Yes! For all Christmas gifts, we’re extending our standard two-week returns period until 18 January 2027, giving her extra time to decide.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Please include the original order number or the purchaser’s details so we can locate the order, and contact us at enquiries@donnamaylondon.com to arrange an exchange.

Orders placed after 23rd December will be carefully packed and dispatched when we return on Monday 4th January.
