As you earn and collect more Beauty Points you can convert into loyalty vouchers to use at the checkout: 500 Points = £5 Off, 1,000 Points = £10 Off, 2,500 Points = £25 Off.

How can I earn loyalty points?

There are various ways you can earn loyalty points. A point is issued for every £1 you spend across our website, 100 points for signing up to our loyalty account, 50 points for following us on Instagram or we also award 500 points when it is your birthday. 🎈
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY LOYALTY POINTS?

Sign into your account by clicking onto the pink Earn loyalty Points button (or shopping bag icon with small heart If you are on a mobile) which can be found on the bottom left of the screen.

Once signed in, you will see how many points are available to you. The minimum number of points needed to redeem is 500 points for a £5 money off voucher.

If you click the button 'ways to redeem' it will then offer you coupons available to you. Click the pink redeem button adjacent to the available discount and it will offer you a code to use at checkout.

Please remember that to enter the code, you must continue through checkout rather than using an instant Apple Pay option, as it will by-pass the opportunity to add in your coupon. Once the coupon is added, you can then choose Apple Pay as your preferred payment method.
Can I use my discount voucher alongside other discounts?

Vouchers may not be combined or used with other code offers.
what if I refer a friend to Donna May London?

If you refer a friend by using the referral link in your account, your friend will get £5 off their first purchase with us and as soon as they make their purchase, you will be sent a £5 discount code also! Go spread the word!
