Natalie Alexis Lee - Style Me Sunday
For those of you who don't know Natalie, the Goddess that is 'Style me Sunday' you will be very glad I am introducing you to her now!
One of the original Queens of Instagram, Natalie is a huge supporter of body confidence and not afraid to flash the flesh of her often fluctuating body size, scars and all. She is a real woman fashion model, beautiful, sassy and outspoken but there is so much more to Natalie than pictures on instagram or in magazines. She is a newly single mum doing everything she can to create a good life for her family as well as learning to live with a new mental health diagnosis - she is a kind soul and never afraid to follow her heart - we love you here at Donna May London and I am sure our readers will love you too

I have known you for quite a few years now and have watched in awe as your personal brand has gone from strength to strength - most notably the work you do around body confidence and the fact that you are certainly not afraid to flash the flesh to show your followers that all bodies are different - over the past 5 years what has been your ‘highlight’ or ‘pinch me now moment’. I personally remember screaming at the TV when I saw you feature on an advert!!
Ha. There's been so many. I love doing shoots most. I'm on some huge billboards currently in some shopping centres that's a big pinch me moment. But my greatest achievement has been getting a book deal. It's been a lifelong dream of mine. I can't quite believe it myself. It's a perfect example of how powerful manifesting is. I haven't actually mentioned it yet, you're getting an exclusive. It'll be out next year.
Yay! So excited for your book - that's amazing! Your life has changed dramatically over the past year - becoming single after 24 years and currently you are going through a diagnosis for ADHD - How are you?
Overwhelmed. I feel like in some ways I'm starting a new life. A richer life, one with deeper meaning and understanding. Lockdown has uncovered A LOT.
Can you sum up your 2020 in one sentence?
Revealing!
I love that you are taking the bull by the horns at 40 and planning for your future as an independent woman. What are you most excited for in your future?
So much. My book. My dreams, I'm remembering dreams that I had as a kid and I'm bringing them back to life. My whole life is ahead of me. I'm incredibly excited.
I think I know the answer to this question as you can shake your booty better than most - but Is music important to you? Which song evokes the most memories for you - the one that stops you in your tracks when you hear it!?
I adore music and I like all sorts of music. Norah Jones album Come Away with me was played a lot in my early 20's and a particularly happy time for me when I travelled around the world.
Do you miss travel? Where will be the first place you book a trip to once we have more freedom to move around?
I miss travelling so much. I love an adventure. I want to go anywhere and everywhere. Currently dreaming of Sardinia and Mexico - Tulum.
Ok - lets talk fashion and beauty - Your fashion style is so colourful and often brave - what are your ‘go to’ brands?
Ganni, Free People, Loaf, but tbh I rarely buy clothes.
Who’s personal style do you really admire?
Tracee Ellis Ross is my style queen.
You wear makeup so well and have the best lips on instagram!! What is your favourite lip colour? Can you tell us the brand and shade?
Quite The Stand Out by Mac and one of their discontinued ones Bengal Tiger.
What was the latest item you purchased for your makeup bag?
A Charlotte Tilbury lipstick - she does nudes well.
Is there one product that you have used since your teens that you simply can’t let go?
YSL touche eclat
What is your ‘desert island’ product that you simply couldn’t do without each day?
BYBI babe balm
Finally, lockdown 3 has been tough but thank fully there is light at the end of the tunnel! Is there one piece of advice you could give to our readers which helps you when you are stressed and anxious?
Don't push the feelings away, they will only come out sideways. Feel and heal. Writing my feelings down has helped me immensely.
